Canberra Parkrun And Mount Ainslie

I used Ibis Styles Eaglehawk Canberra for rest, people, logistics, and the recovery work that kept the crossing possible.

Canberra Parkrun And Mount Ainslie: a quiet piece of the reset day in Ibis Styles Eaglehawk Canberra.

Canberra gave us one of those rest days that still felt full.

Rest did not mean the day was empty. It meant food, washing, messages, bodies, logistics, people, and the quiet work of being ready to go again.

The point of the day was not to add kilometres. It was to make the next kilometres possible.

Tomorrow could ask more of me because this day had given something back.
